You should contact your GP urgently if you experience: Bleeding so heavy that you soak through your usual sanitary protection every hour for several consecutive hours Passing large blood clots repeatedly Bleeding between periods or after intercourse Symptoms of anaemia, including persistent fatigue, breathlessness, palpitations, or dizziness Pelvic pain or pressure that is new or worsening Any postmenopausal bleeding (bleeding occurring 12 months or more after your last period) Seek immediate medical attention (attend A&E or call 999) if you experience severe bleeding accompanied by signs of haemodynamic compromise, such as feeling faint, confusion, rapid heartbeat, or cold and clammy skin
For milder disease, including nondestructive arthritis, enthesitis, and axial disease, treatment with an NSAID may be sufficient
Most patients experience improvement in gastrointestinal symptoms over time as tolerance develops, usually within the first few weeks to months of treatment
Loading Phase (Weeks 1 through 4) Tb-500: 2 to 2.5 mg twice weekly (Monday and Thursday) totaling 4 to 5 mg per week Bpc-157: 0.5 mg daily, either as single dose or split into 0.25 mg twice daily Maintenance Phase (Weeks 5 through 8 plus) Tb-500: 2 mg once weekly Bpc-157: 0.25 to 0.5 mg daily Critical Notes Use separate vials and syringes for each peptide Never mix Bpc-157 and Tb-500 in the same syringe Tb-500 can be injected anywhere subcutaneously Bpc-157 should ideally be injected near the injury site The critical implementation detail bears repeating: Bpc-157 and Tb-500 should never be combined into a single vial as peptides lose their effectiveness when mixed incorrectly
